This week’s vehicle is the 2012 Mazda Mazda5. These compact minivan comes available in three trim package; Sport, Touring and Grand Touring.
The Sport, which is also the Base model, comes with 16” standard alloy wheels, full power accessories, keyless entry, cruise control, climate control, tilt and telescoping steering wheel along with a cd player and Auxilliary input.
Now the Touring is more fancier than the Sport. They come with 17” alloy wheels, foglights, rear spoiler, trip computer along with Bluetooth connectivity. Not every Mazda5 will have a Moonroof and/or satellite radio with six CD changer. These are optional features that can be found in the Touring model of the Mazda5.
Lastly, the Grand Touring comes with xenon headlights, heated side mirrors, leather along with heated front seats.
Surprisingly, the engine that powers these compact minivan is a 2.5L engine. These can be found in a six speed manual, which is standard for the Sport. While a five speed automatic is optional on the Sport, it is standard on the Touring and Grand Touring.
